Temple Reef Rod Warranty Policy

Limited One-Year Warranty

Temple Reef rods are backed by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid exclusively to the original retail purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Temple Reef will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the rod at no charge. Shipping, packaging, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the affected model is no longer in production, Temple Reef will provide a replacement deemed most comparable within the current product line.

“No Questions Asked” Replacement Policy

Should a rod break for any reason—whether accidental, mishandled, or otherwise—within the one-year warranty period, the original purchaser may request a replacement at 50% of the current retail price, plus applicable shipping and handling fees. This courtesy replacement is offered solely at Temple Reef’s discretion.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please follow the link at the bottom of this page and provide the following:

• Rod series and model

• Proof of purchase (receipt)

• Clear photos of the entire rod and any damaged sections, particularly where the break occurred

• A detailed description of the incident, including fishing conditions, lure or jig weight, and the size/species of the fish caught

Once completed, please email your filled-out rod warranty claim form to info@johnnyjigs.com for processing.

Temple Reef reserves the exclusive right to determine the validity of all warranty claims. Claims lacking adequate documentation or failing to meet the stated requirements will not be honored. Temple Reef assumes no liability for any intentional, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or from any breach of this warranty or any implied warranties under applicable law.
